Blidösundsbolaget awarded goods traffic in the Stockholm archipelago

Transdev said on 28 September 2026 that Blidösundsbolaget has signed a contract for goods traffic in the Stockholm archipelago. The deal covers about 400 million kronor over ten years, and traffic starts on 1 January 2027.

The company said the award was prepared with Styrsöbolaget, combining experience and resources for sea-borne goods traffic. Anna Jidberg, chief executive of Blidösundsbolaget, said that cooperation produced an offer that meets the client's needs and gives a basis for developing the business. Magnus Wikström, chief executive of Transdev Sverige, said the deal shows the strength of cooperation across the group's maritime businesses.

Blidösundsbolaget is entering a start-up period before 1 January 2027, focused on a safe, efficient and high-quality delivery from the first day of the contract.
